Fauré: Requiem

GPSO & Chorus / Christopher Bell, Conductor / Ryan Belongie, Counter Tenor / Lindsay Metzger, Soprano / Keven Keys, Baritone

NOTES: 

Leonard Bernstein's choral setting of the Psalms of David (which features musical material from early sketches for West Side Story) is followed by the magnificent late 19th century requiem by Fauré.

A custom Rodgers 351/908 will be used for the performance.   Photo taken 6/17 at the first Choral event of the 2011 season... note the Rodgers IV-manual console on stage behind Christopher Bell.
