Twenty-Four of Chicago's finest singers open the door to the inaugral season of St. John's  Laudate Concert Series.  In its 38th Season, the William Ferris Chorale has been hailed both nationally and internationally for its dazzling performances.  The chorale has performed over 150 local premieres of new choral works.  The Chorale has appeared with the Chicago Symphony, at the National Cathedral, and at the Art Institute for the opening of the Vatican Collections.  They also performed at the Chicago Cultural Center (using a Rodgers Organ) during the time that art treasures of the Chicago Diocese were on display.

The Chorale performs exquisitely nder Paul French's leadership, producing a sound that is tonally and dynamically precise.  Thomas Weisflog, Chapel Organist of the Rockefeller Chapel at the University of Chicago, masterfully accompanies the Chorale.
